Santa Clarita & The San Fernando Valley Toilet & Faucet Repairs

A running toilet or a dripping faucet wastes water every hour it's left. We repair them, and we install new faucets, shower trim and toilets when it's time to replace.

Before You Call

Signs It Needs Looking At

  1. Runs on its own

The tank refilling with nobody using it: flapper or fill valve.

  2. Rocks or leaks at base

Pull it, check the flange, reset it on a new seal.

  3. Dripping tap

A worn cartridge or washer. Often a repair, not a replacement.

  4. Stiff valves under the sink

Old angle stops seize. Replace them with the faucet.

How We Handle Toilet & Faucet Repairs

A toilet that runs on its own is usually the flapper or the fill valve, and both are repairs. A toilet that rocks or leaks at the base needs to be pulled and reset on a new seal, and the flange under it checked. Water on the floor around a toilet is worth dealing with before it gets into the subfloor.

A dripping faucet is a worn cartridge or washer inside. A good faucet is worth repairing. When the finish is gone or parts aren't made anymore, it's time for a new one, and the shutoff valves under the sink are worth replacing at the same time.

Toilet & Faucet Repairs Questions

Why does my toilet keep running?

Usually the flapper isn't sealing, so water leaks from the tank into the bowl and the fill valve keeps topping it up. Sometimes the fill valve itself is set too high or failing. Both are quick repairs.

Do you install faucets I bought myself?

Call and tell us what you've bought. If it's a complete faucet or valve with its parts, we can install it.
